TBWN offers to its members and guests a range of partnered Training Programs for both business and career women. All programs are facilitated by experienced and skilled trainers/facilitators with extensive experience within the workforce brining an added advantage to the training/seminars.
Topics and subjects range from Leadership Skills to Business Planning, and include but are not limited to Leadership & Supervision; Time Management; Conflict Resolution; Dealing with Difficult People; Succession Planing for Business owners; Project Management; Managment Excellence; Marketing & Promotion; Change Management; Event Planning;Team Dynamics and Team Building; Presentation/Public Speaking Skills; Generation Gaps in the Workplace; Networking and Emotional Intelligence to name a few.

In 2012 the network will run a variety of formats for business and career skill based training including full One day training programs, 2 -3 hour Seminars, 1 hour focus group forums .
