Central purpose and role of the Townsville Businesswomen's Network Inc., is defined as: provide business and career women opportunities to liaise with like-minded women, in an environment that bridges the gap between work and home, whilst providing both business and personal growth opportunities through support, mentoring, education programs and networking.

- To provide Unique, Effective, Interesting & Informative Events that have timely delivery and relevance to our Membership
- To ensure satisfied & motivated Membership through communications and connectivity
- To understanding, indentifying & managing members expectations of the Organisation.
- To be entrepreneurial in our service delivery through face to face contacts, Internet services through our We Site and Social Media
- To continue to enhance our methods of communication, including the connectivity of our "Members 2 Members" communications, Mastermind Groups and Mentoring Program.
